The exhibition brings together three interconnected installations that occupy the gallery space as a continuous, flowing environment. Visitors encountering the work will find a combination of sculptural pieces, video installations, written text, and sound elements designed to interact within the room.
Rather than presenting isolated objects, the creator uses an intentional visual and acoustic imbalance to encourage observers to navigate an emotional landscape and find their own equilibrium. The audio components merge into a unified, multi-channel soundscape that spreads throughout the gallery space, functioning much like an acoustic sculpture.
Themes of Human Vulnerability and Technology
At the core of the project is a reflection on the fragile nature of the human animal body, contrasted with the creation of protective armor and conflict machinery. The artist incorporates electronic media alongside traditional materials like wood, photography, and painting, treating technology as a critical tool rather than an object of fear.
The venue itself holds personal significance for the creator, overlooking landmarks such as the San Antón Bridge and the Ribera Market. This connection to the surrounding neighborhood frames the creative process as a long-term journey of learning rooted in local memory.
