Fábrica Cervezas Victoria Wraps Up Its First Edition of Carnival Nights in Málaga
Celebrating Local Culture and Music at the Málaga Brewery
The inaugural run of "Carnival Nights" at the Fábrica Cervezas Victoria has officially concluded. Organized in partnership with the Citizens' Carnival Foundation, the special summer series brought the distinct creativity, rhythm, and festive spirit of the local carnival tradition out of February and into the warmer July evenings.
Throughout the series, visitors gathered at the brewery for live performances celebrating some of the region's most prominent musical ensembles. The programming featured a diverse lineup across several Thursdays, highlighting both established local performers and acclaimed groups from neighboring areas.
Highlights from the July Cultural Gatherings
The cultural events kicked off on July 11th with a live set by Abraham and Ginés, the duo known for performing the festival's anthem in 2018. That evening's bill also welcomed "El Carromato de Max" from Marbella alongside "La Murga de Pariente," both of which secured runner-up finishes in their respective categories at the 2019 Cádiz Carnival (COAC).
The momentum continued later in the month on Thursday, July 25th, when guests enjoyed appearances by the "Murga de los Leones" and "La Murga de San Andrés." The evening also showcased traditional local troupes, giving attendees a deeper look into the region's vibrant performance heritage.
