Drawing inspiration from classic German brewing traditions, the new wheat beer is crafted to be exceptionally aromatic and refreshing. The recipe blends wheat malt with barley malt, resulting in subtle notes of banana alongside light, spicy nuances.
This latest creation joins a lineage of specialty releases developed at the Avenida Velázquez location since its opening in September 2017. Previous regional experiments have included a stout, a lemon-infused variant, and specialty editions brewed with oak and chestnut wood.
