Pantheon Basel Celebrates Historic Run at the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run
Pantheon Basel successfully completed another demanding journey at the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run. Marking its fourteenth successful finish at the event, the team brought out a 1903 De Dion Bouton to tackle the historic 96-kilometer route.

The legendary motoring gathering traces its roots back to 1896, celebrating the lifting of restrictive laws that had previously forced early motor vehicles in England to travel behind a person carrying a red flag. Today, the endurance challenge brings together over 400 veteran vehicles, drawing international drivers to London's Hyde Park at sunrise.
Participants face varying weather conditions along the lengthy trek toward Madeira Drive in Brighton. For this year's outing, the team relied on a single-cylinder, water-cooled 1903 De Dion Bouton boasting an 8-horsepower engine and a 942-ccm displacement. Successfully crossing the finish line continues a long-standing tradition for vehicles built up through 1904.
