MoMu is wheelchair accessible through the revolving door at the main entrance. A wheelchair is available at the welcome desk and can be reserved in advance via [email protected].

Portable folding chairs are provided for visitors with impaired mobility.

Available at the welcome desk and at the entrance to the large temporary exhibition on the 1st floor.

Guided tours are available for booking by groups and schools.

Velo station is located at Drukkerijstraat.

Public car parks are available near the museum.

Car parks include Cammerpoorte, Brabo, and Indigo. Note that the museum is in a low emission zone and resident-only parking zone.

The museum is accessible via various tram, bus, and waterbus routes.

Tram lines 4 and 11, several bus lines, and DeWaterbus serve nearby stops. Note that metro tunnel renovations may affect service until late March 2027.
