Visitor Amenities at the National Customs and Excise Museum

The museum is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

The museum is located on the 3rd floor of the Finance Center.

Guided tours are available for groups of up to 25 people.

The tour costs 35 euros per group and lasts approximately 1.5 hours. Booking is required.

Guided tours are available in languages other than Dutch.

Tours can be booked in English or French upon request.

Paid public parking is available in the surrounding area.

There is an underground parking facility in the Brouwersvliet area, which is about a 10-minute walk from the museum.

The museum is easily accessible via public transport.

Tram lines 1 and 24 and various bus lines stop at Noorderplaats, which is located close to the museum.

All museum visits must be booked in advance.

Due to organizational reasons, all visits must be scheduled during office hours by contacting the Secretariat.
