Exhibition of Award-Winning Art and Photography at Málaga's Jardín Botánico-Histórico La Concepción
A temporary exhibition at the Jardín Botánico-Histórico La Concepción in Málaga brings together a curated selection of visual art celebrating the garden's unique botanical beauty. Running between July 3 and September 6, this showcase highlights selected works from two of the estate's major creative competitions: the 20th Photography Contest and the 16th Quick Painting Contest.

What to Expect at the Jardín La Concepción Summer Exhibition
The exhibition features a highly selective collection of 9 paintings and 13 photographs. These final pieces represent the highlights of a massive creative turnout. The photography contest alone drew nearly 80 photographers who submitted over 600 images, while the quick-painting event attracted more than 60 painters who worked live on-site to capture the garden's romantic architecture, viewpoints, and exotic plant life.
The displayed works provide a fresh lens on the 19th-century estate. Originally created by the Heredia-Loring family, the botanical gardens are famous for their lush pathways, historic greenhouse, and archaeological traces.
