What to Expect During the Winter Break in Salzburg
As the centre for artistic photography prepares for its seasonal break, local visitors and photography enthusiasts still have a brief window to view current presentations. The gallery remains open until Saturday, while the specialist library is accessible for one final day this week on Thursday.
During the limited operations period running from December 23, 2025, to January 6, 2026, the physical spaces will experience closures, though remote orders through the online shop will continue to be processed.
Returning in January
Regular gallery operations resume on Wednesday, January 7, 2026. Visitors returning in the new year can look forward to exploring ongoing presentations, including Leo Kandl’s "Brünner Straße" in the main gallery alongside "Buchumschlag! Fotomontagen im politischen Kampf der 1923er Jahre in Österreich" hosted in the FOTOHOF>STUDIO. Additionally, art book enthusiasts can now order the newly arrived third edition of "Henry Rox Revue. Fotografie 1935–1955," featuring works by Henry Rox Henry Rox Revue.
