Lifts are available throughout the museum to assist with accessibility.

Assistance dogs and guide dogs are permitted inside the museum.

There is a special lift and access point to the left of the main entrance for people with reduced mobility or who are wheelchair-bound.

The entire museum is wheelchair accessible with wide corridors.

A wheelchair is also available and can be reserved in advance by telephone.

Each visitor receives an individual audio guide to navigate through the 14 themed rooms.

An exploration app (MapMyVisit) with text and image support is available in multiple languages.

Available languages include Dutch, French, English, German, and Spanish.
