The brotherhood has commissioned José Antonio Jiménez Muñoz to design the official poster for the 2026 Holy Monday procession. Born in Benalmádena and a graduate of Fine Arts from the University of Granada, Jiménez Muñoz is highly regarded throughout Andalusia for his sacred and ceremonial artwork. He has created more than thirty posters for various brotherhoods across the region, including the official poster for Málaga’s Holy Week in 2019.
His artistic style is noted for its deep spiritual expression and careful aesthetics, making him a fitting choice to capture the visual identity of this key date in Málaga's cultural calendar.
A Lifelong Commitment: The 2026 Ceremonial Herald
The traditional opening address, or pregón, for the 2026 Holy Monday events will be delivered by Francisco José Cabello Fernández. A lifelong member of the brotherhood, Cabello Fernández has dedicated years of service to the organization, holding various roles ranging from archivist and treasurer to deputy elder brother.
Beyond his administrative contributions, he has actively participated in local processions as a nazareno, throne bearer, and supervisor for the Jesús Cautivo image.
