The spiritual events are scheduled to take place at the Parish of San Pablo, beginning on Ash Wednesday, February 18, and concluding on Sunday, February 22, 2026. Daily services will start at 8:00 PM from Wednesday through Saturday, while the final Sunday service is set for 12:00 PM. Father Pablo Márquez Vázquez and the brotherhood's spiritual director, Father José Manuel Llamas Fortes, will lead these liturgies.
Each day of the Quinario is dedicated to specific groups that support the fabric of local life. On Saturday evening, following the mass, a traditional candlelight prayer service will take place directly before the sacred image of Jesús Cautivo. Diverse musical selections will also accompany the services, featuring a brass quintet on opening night, organ music from Thursday through Saturday, and a choral performance by the Ubi Caritas choir during the Sunday liturgy.
For those wishing to pay their respects up close, the grand finale on Sunday, February 22, offers a rare opportunity. The statue of Jesús Cautivo will be lowered from the main altar to allow for intimate personal veneration. On this day, the Parish of San Pablo will remain open continuously from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, pausing close access only during scheduled church services at 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM, and 7:00 PM.
