Visit overview
Plan your visit to the Museum of Fantastic Illusions by noting that new visitors are not permitted entry within 60 minutes of closing time. Entry requires a valid ticket, which must be kept throughout your visit. Groups are strongly advised to make a reservation in advance due to potential capacity limitations.
Entry notes
Entry to the Museum is permitted only during specified opening hours and upon presentation of a valid ticket. You must keep your ticket for the entire duration of your visit, as it entitles you to one entry and cannot be returned or exchanged. The number of visitors may be limited for security reasons; if maximum capacity is reached, new visitors may be temporarily denied entry. Visitors with online tickets have priority in queues at the ticket office. Do not bring umbrellas, satchels, bags, strollers, or roller skates into the Museum. Outerwear such as coats and jackets must be worn, not carried. Visitors with claustrophobic or epileptic problems are strictly forbidden from visiting due to safety concerns.
Crowd tips
To avoid queues, consider purchasing your tickets online, as e-ticket holders receive priority at the ticket office. Be aware that entry may be temporarily restricted if the Museum reaches its maximum capacity.
Visit highlights
It is forbidden to bring weapons, knives, chains, scissors, explosive, flammable, or volatile substances, bulky or noisy items (including luggage), animals, food, or drinks into the Museum. Photography and audiovisual recordings for personal use are permitted, but for commercial purposes, prior written consent from the operator is required. You must request explicit consent before recording other visitors or staff.
