Visitors under 15 must be accompanied by an adult. The building is partially accessible for wheelchairs. Please note that the funicular railway to Petřín is currently out of service, so plan your ascent to Petřín Hill accordingly.

Visitors under 15 may enter the monument only when accompanied by an adult (18+). The building is partially accessible; visitors in wheelchairs can use the east double-leaf door, which the cashier will open on request. The interior is on one level, though corridors of the mirror maze have sharp turns with somewhat limited maneuverability. Sanitary facilities are not part of the building, but a fully barrier-free public toilet can be found close by.

The funicular railway to Petřín will be out of service from Friday 13th September 2024 until further notice. An Early Bird Discount of 50% off the admission fee is available every day during the first hour after opening, except on December 25 and January 1.

The nearest public transport stops are the Pohořelec tram stop and the Koleje Strahov bus stop. The funicular railway to Petřín is currently out of service. From the Pohořelec tram stop (No 22), you can walk along Strahovská or Úvoz. From the Koleje Strahov or Stadion Strahov bus stop, you can walk through the campus and Rose Gardens.

Several walking options are available to reach the top of Petřín Hill: from the Pohořelec stop (tram No 22), walk along Strahovská or Úvoz (a gentle incline); from the Koleje Strahov or Stadion Strahov stop, walk through the campus and Rose Gardens (an easy walk with no hills); from the Malostranské náměstí stop (trams No 12, 20 and 22), walk along Tržiště and Vlašská (a steep incline, the path is not maintained in winter); from the Újezd stop (trams No 9, 12, 20 and 22), walk up Seminářská zahrada (a steep incline, the path is not maintained in winter). Extra caution is advised in winter for these paths.
