Spacious elevators are located throughout the Harpa Concert Hall venue.

Harpa is welcoming to service animals, but the Volcano Express experience itself may not be suitable.

Please ensure they are properly harnessed at all times. Note that the Volcano Express is a sensory cinematic experience.

Stepless access is available at ground level.

Designated area for wheelchair users and alternative static seating.

Harpa Concert Hall, where the Volcano Express is located, is fully accessible for wheelchair users.

Static seating is available for guests who prefer to avoid the dynamic motion seats.

Stationary seating is located at the front, suitable for those with chronic pain or sensory sensitivities.

The Volcano Express show runs at set, frequent intervals.

Shows run every 15 minutes.
