Visitor Amenities at Danube Tower

Express lifts are available for transport within the tower.

Limited to one wheelchair user per lift cabin, with an accompanying person, up to the observation terrace.

Rollators can be transported by lift up to 165m.

Rollators cannot be taken into the restaurant or café. After reaching 165m by lift, visitors must be able to walk up or down stairs on their own, and the rollator will be returned to the ground floor.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are, of course, welcome.

The ground floor is fully accessible. Access to the observation terrace is limited, and the restaurant and cafe areas are not wheelchair accessible.

Only one person in a wheelchair may be transported per lift cabin up to Exit Level 1 (Observation Terrace). Each wheelchair user must be accompanied by a person. A maximum of three wheelchair users may be present on the observation terrace at the same time. The stairs to the restaurant and indoor terrace cannot be used with wheelchairs.

Strollers cannot be transported in the express lifts or taken to the observation terrace, Turm Café, or Turm Restaurant.

Staff at the ticket counter will be happy to show you a suitable parking area for strollers on the ground floor. A practical alternative is to bring a Maxi-Cosi instead.

A cafe is available at the Danube Tower.

A restaurant is available at the Danube Tower.

A shop is available at the Danube Tower.

Dogs are not permitted on the Danube Tower. Please leave your dog in suitable care at ground level.
