Visit overview
Consider purchasing day passes online for fast lane entry, as online tickets come with a reserved time slot. Be aware that children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult, and there are restrictions on bringing large prams, bicycles, scooters, and pets into the zoo.
Entry notes
Day passes can be purchased either online or at the ticket office. Online tickets, which include a reserved 15-minute time slot, can be redeemed directly at the gate by scanning the QR code from your smartphone or tablet, allowing use of the fast lane. Children between 0-2 years have free entry, while children from 3-15 years pay a reduced price. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. For group tickets (general/school groups/classes), it is not necessary to register in advance (except for school tours), and these tickets are only available at the ticket desk.
