There is an accessible toilet on site.

Hearing loops are available for visitors.

Located on all ride capsules and at the 'pod' area.

Braille guides and sensory packs are available.

Sensory packs contain various tactile and visual items. Borrow them at the front desk.

A lift is available to take visitors to the start of the visit and back up to the exit/shop.

Mobility scooters cannot be used inside the centre.

This is due to the limited space of the galleries. Visitors may transfer to the museum's manual wheelchair if able.

Service, assistance, and emotional support dogs (including those in training) are welcome.

A harness is recommended for animals using the ride. Water bowls are provided on request and outdoor toileting areas are available.

Step-free access to the entrance and throughout the building.

The museum is wheelchair accessible, but only one wheelchair user is permitted inside at a time.

Wheelchair users must pre-book by phone (01904 615505) or email. A manual folding wheelchair is available to borrow if electric models cannot fit the ride. One ride capsule is modified for wheelchair access.

Breastfeeding is welcome anywhere, and a private space can be provided.

Ask staff if you would like a private space to breastfeed.

Admissions doors are always open for easy access for pushchairs.

Booster seats are also available free of charge.

Seating is provided throughout the building.

Folding chairs and backless benches are available to borrow free of charge.

There is an on-site shop accessible at the end of the visit.

To access the shop in a wheelchair, take the lift back up, leave through admissions doors, and re-enter through the external shop door.
