The museum is only partially accessible for people in wheelchairs.

Prams are allowed but not recommended.

It is not recommended to take prams through the museum trail.

A small open cloakroom is available for storing backpacks.

Large backpacks are not allowed inside. Leaving belongings in the cloakroom is at your own risk.

Parking options are available nearby.

The nearest underground car park is Parking De Biekorf. There is a very small parking area right in front of the museum limited to 2 hours.

Easily accessible by train and bus.

Bruges railway station is a 20-minute walk. Bus line 2 goes to the nearby Stadsschouwburg stop.

Dogs are not allowed in the museum.

Booking tickets online in advance is recommended but not compulsory for individual visitors.

Compulsory only for groups of 15+ or private workshops.
