Explore the Frank Rebajes Art Exhibition and Cultural Attractions in Malaga

This exhibition celebrates the universal legacy of Frank Rebajes, an innovative goldsmith, jeweler, and sculptor. It presents over 160 works, including pieces from his donation to the City of Malaga and the Diego Santos Collection, marking the first major showcase of the artist's work since his donation in the late eighties.

The MUCAC La Coracha presents 'Rebajes – From the Ovule to the Origin: A Journey in Reverse,' an exhibition dedicated to the unique creative legacy of Frank Rebajes (1907–1990). The display brings together over 60 pieces from the artist's donation to the City of Malaga and more than a hundred jewels from the Diego Santos Collection, highlighting his role as a singular and profoundly modern creator. For the first time, the exhibition unites the two major stages of Rebajes's career: his vibrant production during his time in New York (1932–1958) and the 'Ovule' series created in Malaga and Torremolinos (1959–1980). By juxtaposing these two distinct periods, the exhibition invites visitors to explore the dialogue between the energy of the urban environment and the introspective nature of his later work in Andalusia.

Admission to the exhibition is free. The museum is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00 to 20:00.
