Amenities and visitor facilities at Old Town Hall

Barrier-free toilet available.

Located on the 3rd floor and uses a Eurokey (key can be borrowed at the ticket office on the Old Town Hall ground floor).

Futuristic elevator access to the tower.

Fee for using the tower elevator: adults CZK 100; seniors over 65 years: CZK 50. Free for holders of TP, ZTP, ZTP/P disability identification cards + 1 accompanying person, children under 5 years, and visitors with a 9 Prague Sights in 365 Days Ticket. A new barrier-free elevator was put into operation in 2000.

Completely barrier-free entrance to the building passageway.

Entrance to the building passageway is from Mikulášská Street.

Barrier-free access to the Town Hall Tower.

Access to the Town Hall Tower is barrier-free for wheelchair users. Historical interiors do not have barrier-free access. A mechanical wheelchair is available for hire for people using electric wheelchairs.

Guided tours of the historical interiors and private thematic tours available.

A surcharge applies for guided tours of historical interiors (Chapel of the Virgin Mary, state rooms, and underground). Surcharge: circuit A: CZK 150 per person; circuit B: CZK 100 per person. Private guided tours are also available for a fee (CZK 3,000 for interpretation).

Guided tours offered in multiple languages.

Guided tours for historical interiors are available in English, Czech, Spanish, French, Italian, German, or Russian. Specific language availability varies by daily schedule and type of tour (regular or private).

Skip-the-Line tickets for tower entry can be purchased online.

Online tickets entitle visitors to enter the tower only. The surcharge for a guided tour of historical interiors cannot be purchased online and must be paid on-site.

Tickets can be purchased directly at the venue.

The ticket office is located on the ground floor of the building. A priority counter is available for Prague Visitor Pass holders, GetYourGuide voucher holders, and pre-booked private tour groups. Surcharges for guided tours of historical interiors can only be paid on the spot.
