Merchant Taylors' Hall for Families

Merchant Taylors' Hall offers an engaging atmosphere for families during scheduled public opening days, providing a window into the history of York's tailors and traditional textile crafts. Children are invited to participate in self-guided colouring activities while adults explore the historic interiors and fifteenth-century architecture. On select event days, the visitor experience is further enriched by live demonstrations from skilled weavers and spinners.
