Conceived by French curator Nicolas Bourriaud, with Barbara Lagié, the exhibition expands on the cross-cultural dialogue between the French geographer Élisée Reclus and Kupka in the early twentieth century, coalescing theory and image. Kupka’s drawings are situated within a global lineage of contemporary practices, inviting reflections on evolving social structures and ecological thought. The exhibition is on view from April 9 to June 7, 2026, and will be accompanied by an extensive catalogue featuring texts by the curators and an essay by art historian Markéta Theinhardt.
