The inspiration for this latest release traces back to a journey by Brew York's founders to the USA for the Yakima Hop Harvest Tour, coordinated alongside BarthHaas. By working directly with growers in Yakima to hand-select their hop lots, the team ensured a direct, quality-driven connection from the field to the cask.
Hop Cat now joins long-standing favourites like Tonkoko, Calmer Chameleon, and Maris the Otter within the signature lineup. It is available to sample at Brew York venues and select pub retailers.
