Gagosian presents 'Till Death Do Us Part', an exhibition of new works by Sterling Ruby at the rue de Castiglione gallery in Paris. This collection of collages and cast bronze sculptures continues the artist’s investigation into flowers as both raw and symbolic material, drawing inspiration from his studio garden in California. The installation fills the gallery space with the 'GHOSTS' series—architecturally scaled prints of collages that combine cyanotypes with drawn elements, creating a dense, immersive environment. At the center of the exhibition are the 'Bound Flowers. Couple.' bronze sculptures, which depict pairs of flowers locked in an embrace. These works serve as a thematic framework for the exhibition, evoking the rigid commitment of wedding portraits and historical still-life painting.
