Rockhouse Salzburg Celebrates 30 Years with Special Anniversary Project and Exhibition
As it marks its 30th anniversary, Rockhouse Salzburg has partnered with Fotohof Salzburg to present a special retrospective project celebrating three decades of local music culture.
Capturing Decades of Live Music and Local Character
To commemorate the milestone anniversary, the live-music venue teamed up with Fotohof to create a commemorative publication featuring portraits of long-time companions, supporters, and figures who have shaped the venue's history. Alongside this printed newspaper project, a dedicated photo exhibition has been launched in the Fotohof gallery, showcasing the work of the photographers who documented the initiative.
While live performances are inherently fleeting moments that vanish once played, this collaborative project seeks to use photography to preserve and honor the raw, authentic atmosphere that has defined the cultural space over the past thirty years.
