Rare reunion of Flemish paintings at the Groeningemuseum
The Groeningemuseum presents a special temporary display featuring two Flemish paintings that have been reunited for the first time in over a century. Originally separated in the early 20th century, these works depicting the lives of Saints James and John were brought together following an international collaboration with the National Museum of Western Art in Tokyo. Visitors can view these historic panels together from 16 June through 26 October 2026.
