Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a table at any of the catering venues within ARTIS. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Does Artis provide options for visitors with food allergies at its eateries?

ARTIS staff are available to assist with allergy questions at their catering venues. However, due to kitchens working with many products, traces of allergens may be present. If this is a concern, visitors are advised to bring their own food.

Is a deposit required to borrow a wheelchair at Artis?

Yes, a deposit is required when borrowing a wheelchair from the ARTIS ticket office. The deposit can be €0.50, €1.00, or €2. You can also book a wheelchair in advance by calling at least one day prior to your visit.
