National Maritime Museum in Amsterdam Offers Free Entry for Children in 2024
The National Maritime Museum (Scheepvaartmuseum) in Amsterdam has announced changes to its admission policy and prices, effective January 1, 2024. A significant update for families is the introduction of free admission for all children aged 12 and under.
This new policy aims to encourage younger visitors and their accompanying adults to explore the museum's extensive collections more frequently and easily. Visitor Information: New Admission Prices for 2024
While entry for children 12 and under becomes free, there will be an adjustment to other ticket categories. Starting January 1, 2024, the admission fee for adults aged 18 and older will be €18.50 per person.
For students and CJP (Cultural Youth Pass) cardholders, the admission fee will remain €8.50. This same price also applies to visitors aged 13 to 17.
