Reunited historical paintings on display at the Groeningemuseum
Following a successful exhibition in Japan, the Groeningemuseum is showcasing a unique pair of paintings that originated from the same 20th-century London art dealer. The two panels, which depict scenes from the lives of Saint James and Saint John, are presented together in Belgium for the first time in over a century. Visitors can admire the reunited works and learn about their restoration journey through 26 October 2026.
