Curatorial context

Fundación Telefónica, in collaboration with the RIZOMA Festival, presents an exhibition featuring the acclaimed artist Laurie Anderson and her groundbreaking virtual reality installation, 'Chalkroom'. This piece, which won the 'Best VR Experience' award at the Venice International Film Festival in 2017, is making its Spanish debut. 'Chalkroom', co-created with Hsin-Chien Huang, invites visitors to freely navigate a vast, ever-forming structure of words, drawings, and narratives, offering an immersive and transformative experience. The exhibition also includes talks with Laurie Anderson, discussing the installation and her creative process, marking the beginning of the RIZOMA Festival's programming.

Admission and ticket notes

Visiting hours are Monday to Thursday and Friday from 10:00 to 20:00, and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays from 11:00 to 20:00. Specific dates for the 'Chalkroom' installation are from November 16, 2018, to January 13, 2019.
