Historic Locomotive 1450 Arrives at Didcot Railway Centre for the Summer Season
Visitors planning a trip to the Didcot Railway Centre have an extra attraction to look out for during the warmer months. A classic Great Western Railway locomotive, the Collett 0-4-2 No. 1450, is making a special guest appearance at the living railway museum.
Built in 1935 at the historic Swindon works, the vintage engine will be stationed at the site starting from late April and is scheduled to remain through early September.
