This exhibition, located on the first floor, is dedicated to nature, its phenomena, and human perception of the physical world. Visitors can engage with approximately 200 experimental stations to conduct their own experiments and learn through direct experience, with the added interaction of a robot resembling Nicolaus Copernicus.
The Zone of Experimentation spans the entire first floor, focusing on the natural world, its phenomena, and the human experience of the physical world. With roughly 200 experimental stations, the exhibition encourages visitors to actively experiment, test, make mistakes, and discover scientific principles. Many exhibits are built in-house, minimizing multimedia to emphasize direct experience and hands-on learning. The exhibition is divided into sections exploring human and nature interactions, physical phenomena such as waves, electricity, and fluid dynamics, and specific areas dedicated to light, color, and vision. Visitors can test their reflexes, experience illusions, and observe living organisms. The space also includes relaxation corners and a cafe with a terrace overlooking the Vistula River.
