On the eve of the III Football Championship of Cultural Institutions, an official group draw ceremony took place at the Museum of Sport and Tourism. The event was attended by former Polish national team coaches Andrzej Strejlau and Jerzy Engel, as well as Adrian Stanecki, a representative of AMP Football (Amputee Football), and was hosted by Tomasz Jagodziński, Director of the Museum of Sport and Tourism. During the ceremony, Jerzy Engel presented memorabilia from the 2002 Korea-Japan World Cup. Other attendees included Agnieszka Borowa, director of Centrum Sportu Wilanów; Tadeusz Skoczek, director of the Museum of Independence; Wiktor Bołba, curator of the Legia Warsaw Museum; and Piotr Marciniak, President of the Historical Association of the 10th Infantry Regiment from Łowicz.
Coaches Andrzej Strejlau and Jerzy Engel identified Group D as the 'group of death,' which included teams from the Legia Warsaw Museum and the Polish Olympic Committee. Matches for Groups A and B were set to begin at 9:00 AM, while Groups C and D commenced their games at 1:00 PM.
