The "Dobry tydzień, czyli wellbeing w Łazienkach" program invites adults and seniors to dedicate time to their physical and spiritual well-being within the picturesque setting of the Royal Łazienki Museum. The series features three distinct sessions designed to promote relaxation and personal care. The first meeting on May 24th focuses on combating stress with natural methods, introducing breathing and meditation techniques, and crafting herbal and essential oil blends. The second session on May 27th involves creating personal floral mandalas, exploring their meditative qualities, and learning about drying plants for preservation. The final workshop on May 31st delves into the creation of natural cosmetics using seasonal flowers and herbs, with participants making a brightening mask, revitalizing toner, and a facial cleansing powder. These workshops are led by experienced facilitators: Julia Wizowska, a nature educator and naturopath; Mayra Wojciechowicz, an artist and ecological activist known for her floral mandalas; and Gosia Ruszkowska, a nature educator and natural cosmetics maker.
