On June 14, 2025, the Royal Łazienki Museum invites craft enthusiasts to a communal crocheting event as part of World Day of Knitting in Public Places. Taking place from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with the flexibility to join at any time, the event begins at the New Orangery and extends to the meadow nearby. Participants will engage in crocheting activities, with all necessary materials and assistance for learning the craft provided. The highlight of the day includes decorating one of the Łazienki park benches with colorful knitted items. These decorations are the result of the hard work by participants of the museum's workshops, who have created decorative handicrafts over the past months using various yarn types and crocheting techniques. Visitors are encouraged to take commemorative photos on the yarn-adorned bench, celebrating the communal spirit and creative expression.

Admission and ticket notes

Admission to the crocheting activity costs 5 PLN per person. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices located in Podchorążówka, the Old Orangery, and Kubicki Stables, or online. Photography at the event is free of charge.
