This workshop, titled "Kostium, który ciebie wyraża" (Costume That Expresses You), offers a hands-on experience in theatrical costume design for adults and young people aged 14 and above. Led by costume designer Anna Adamek, the session begins with a brief lecture on the history of fashion at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, exploring characteristic cuts, patterns, and fabric colors of the era. Following the historical introduction, participants will engage in designing their own unique theatrical costumes. Working with mannequins, attendees will experiment with various materials such as paper, fabric, and cord to create innovative designs, drawing inspiration from mythological characters featured in Stanisław Wyspiański's play "Noc listopadowa". This event is part of a broader program associated with the temporary exhibition "Ikonosfera Wyspiańskiego. _Noc listopadowa_ w Łazienkach Królewskich" (The Iconosphere of Wyspiański. _November Night_ at Royal Łazienki). Anna Adamek, the workshop facilitator, is an alumna of the Faculty of Scenography at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and has extensive experience working with numerous prominent theaters in Poland, collaborating with renowned directors on various productions.
