The 'Pracownia zachwytów' (Studio of Delights) is an open, educational creative space situated in the Old Guardhouse at the Royal Łazienki Museum, designed to foster co-creation. It invites visitors of all ages to experience delight in diverse forms, engaging with sound, image, history, and human connection through multiple senses. This creative hub for children and adults is inspired by the collections and gardens of the Royal Łazienki and developed through dialogues with visitors, creators, volunteers, and museum staff. It bridges history with the present, offering activities for play, learning, relaxation, and both individual and team creation. Visitors can engage with activities such as assembling poems in Polish and English, a script for 'Poems on Stage', simple musical notation for Chopin's pieces, steps for an 18th-century quadrille, a miniature gardener's station, a table-setting learning area, and a workshop for designing Łazienki tiles. The space is intended to be a place where everyone can find something for themselves, complementing the temporary exhibition 'Łazienki in Delight' at therespectively.

Admission and ticket notes

Entry to the creative space is priced at 1 zł for children and 10 zł for adults for individual visitors, with 90-minute sessions available in timed slots from Thursday to Sunday. Entry is free on Fridays with a mandatory free ticket. Organized groups have specific pricing and booking requirements via email. Tickets can be purchased at museum ticket offices or online, with separate pricing for museum lessons and special needs groups.
