Created between 2022 and 2023, this exhibition offers a glimpse into the work of Max Liebermann, recognized as one of German Impressionism's most influential figures. The exhibition was realized in partnership with the Dresden State Art Collections, which lent both works. This initiative is part of a broader project that highlights prominent European artists who moved away from academic traditions to pioneer new artistic directions in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Liebermann's paintings are displayed in the Palace on the Isle, providing a dialogue with the existing collection of King Stanisław August.
