The 'W muzeum, u siebie' (In the Museum, At Home) workshop series offers a unique opportunity for teenagers (15+) and adults to develop a deeper, more pleasurable connection with art. Led by Janina Korwin-Szymanowska, the sessions encourage participants to practice mindfulness and sensory awareness within the museum setting. Through guided relaxation and observation exercises, attendees will learn to savor art as a source of both pleasure and respite. The workshops are directly inspired by the work of Frida Kahlo and serve as a companion program to the exhibition 'Kolor życia. Frida Kahlo' at the Podchorążówka. The first session focuses on Kahlo's painting 'Tam wisi moja sukienka' (There Hangs My Dress), while the second delves into 'Martwa natura z arbuzami' (Still Life with Watermelons), providing a rich context for artistic contemplation.
