The workshops provide all necessary equipment and food supplies, focusing on historical authenticity while adapting for contemporary kitchens. Specific workshop themes include "Rzepa rumiana" (Ruddy Turnip) on March 15th, "Sposób robienia pościły, czyli sera z jabłek" (Method of Making Pościła, or Apple Cheese) on May 17th, and "Zupa migdałowa na sześć osób" (Almond Soup for Six People) on June 1st.
