This workshop offers a unique opportunity to delve into the culinary world of Paul Tremo, the court chef of Stanisław August. Beyond preparing exquisite dishes for the royal table, Tremo was also interested in food preservation methods. His notes contain valuable recipes, including those for pickled sorrel and dill. Inspired by these historical recommendations, participants in this workshop will actively engage in pickling sorrel, preparing marinated onions, and making salt-cured lemons. All necessary materials will be provided, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own jars (200-500 ml) in the spirit of zero waste.
