This workshop, part of a series exploring the cuisine of Paul Tremo, court chef to Stanisław August, invites participants aged 14 and above to recreate an authentic 18th-century Polish Lenten dish: almond soup. The session will focus on preparing a slightly refined version of the classic recipe, cooked with milk, using the original royal chef's instructions. Attendees will have the opportunity to assess how an eighteenth-century culinary recipe performs in today's kitchen environment. The event takes place on July 13, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Ecological Education Center in the New Palm House. Ewa Zagawa will lead the session.
