This event is an open showing of research projects by three young dance residency groups: House of Gad, La Cacharra, and SENSË. It allows the resident artists to share fragments of their ongoing dance and mediation projects developed over several months.
‘Cuerpo de Baile’ by POM Condeduque is a research residency program for three groups of young dancers, fostering collective work, cross-learning, and network creation among emerging artists. The open showing on April 30, 2026, will feature segments from the projects developed by the resident groups: House of Gad, a drag house focused on intercultural, anti-racist, and decolonial activism; La Cacharra, a collective exploring the intersection of physical theater, performance, and visual arts with a focus on collaborative creation; and SENSË, who blend Hip Hop culture with contemporary, Dancehall, Popping, and Waacking styles to explore everyday movements and choreographic language.
The residency aims to value collective work and facilitate the exchange of knowledge and the creation of networks among emerging artists. The open showing provides a platform for these groups to present a fragment of their process and ongoing development.
