Curatorial context

«Pasito a pasito» is a program within POM Condeduque designed as a series of open and free workshops aimed at accompanying creative processes driven by young people and fostering collective learning. Each session provides tools for cultural management and mediation to enhance professionalization around themes relevant to collaborative work. This particular session, titled 'Pasito a 2, con la comunidad de Performing Gender,' proposes an experimental scenic practice for anyone interested in, belonging to, or identifying with the LGTBIQA+ community. The practice seeks to manifest collective memory and honesty through living bodies and architecture in space, guided by artist and mediator Miren Muñoz Vitoria. It will activate an archive compiled over years of community work, opening it to be inhabited by participating bodies. The experience is driven by participants who offer their dance in a spirit of honesty, engaging in a dynamic dialogue of meanings, symbols, words, and bodies to explore sensations and ideas, celebrating the intersection of memory, individuality, and the collective identity of the community.
