The exhibition 'Prawobrzeżni. Biografie niecodzienne' (Right-Bankers. Everyday Biographies) delves into the multifaceted lives of individuals whose personal and professional journeys were linked to the Praga district and other right-bank areas of Warsaw. It features seventeen carefully selected portraits, showcasing both well-known figures and those who have been overlooked or are rarely associated with Praga. These biographies are characterized by their potential, professionalism, talent, and a driving mission, through which they significantly contributed to the city's development and its local identity. The exhibition goes beyond official professional portrayals, offering a glimpse into the private lives connected to home and family in Praga. The presented material draws from private and public archives, including items that have rarely or never been displayed before. Complementing the visual narratives is an auditory experience, created from archival materials from Polish Radio and the National Digital Archive, as well as recordings from the Oral History Archive of the Museum of Warsaw's Praga branch, adding another layer of depth to each portrait.
